Brewed in the tradition of the Märzen-style lager beer served at Oktoberfest in Munich. Vienna, Munich, Caramunich, and Melanoidin malts create a robust, full-bodied malt flavor. Fermented and lager conditioned with Bavarian lager yeast. This beer drinks full and malt-rich, with flavors and aromas of fresh bread, toast, and rich caramel. A subtle herbal hop spice leads to a clean finish. Our multi-year growler hoisting champion, Big Joe D, collaborated on the creation and brewing of this beer.
