This blend of straight bourbon whiskeys ranges in age from a minimum of four up to seven years and is a marriage of three award-winning mash bills: 75% Corn / 21% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, 60% Corn / 36% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, and 78% Corn / 10% Rye / 12% Malted Barley
NOSE: Jasmine and sweet apple dominate upfront followed by vanilla and rich notes of licorice root.
PALATE: Molasses and raspberry with brown sugar and toffee drizzled chocolate bundt cake finished with warming clove spice.
FINISH: Bold flavors transition to a soft finish of red fruit and baking spices with hints of lingering tobacco.
