Head Coach
Quentin Oliver
Board Sports Experience: 15 years
Nationality: Singaporean
Born in the UK, raised in Singapore. Oliver’s love for board sports began at a young age of 15. He spent a good 10 years as a Flow Rider at WaveHouse Sentosa and went on to Wakeskate competitively at Singapore Wake Park (SWP).
Oliver’s passion is fueled by his failures. Every trick is a new achievement. Every trick, a new CHALLENGE. His eagerness to improve has brought him to where he is today.
He knew that all he had to do was to dream big and put in the work. Even if it took him 2X, 5X or 10X more time or effort than others, he knew he would get to where he wanted to be eventually.
His mantra: “I have two hands and two legs. Nothing can stand in my way.”
After only 3 months of Wakesurfing, Oliver went on to represent Singapore in the 2019 HONG KONG Wakefest Competition and clinched 3rd place in the Men’s Open Division. He went on to compete in the 2019 IWWF Asia’s Champs Competition, competing against Asia’s best and secured 4th place.
